Commercial Account Analysis
Service charges on Commercial Accounts are determined by account analysis. This method of pricing enables you to monitor the cost of banking services you have used and to offset that cost by maintaining larger collected balances on your account. An earnings credit rate is used to determine the volume of bank services your balance can buy without being assessed an activity charge. The earnings credit varies monthly with the average Fed Funds rate. Under JSB account analysis system, there is no activity charge if your average collected balance is adequate to cover the cost of servicing the account; however, a negative collected balance will be charged a fee based on the JSB Prime lending rate.
